Globinaco Sdn Bhd is actively engaged with the community by participating in charity project, fund raising project and donations. We believe in striking a balance between profitability and our social responsibility to the communities in which we operate.<\/span><\/p>\n

To inculcate the spirit of caring and sharing, Globinaco Sdn Bhd has always encourage its staff to share their skills and talents in service of others by contributing their time and energy voluntarily towards the Group\u2019s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. Environmental efforts<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our daily and responsibility of every employee of the organisation is to look after the environment. Businesses, regardless of size, have large carbon footprints. Monthly monitoring of monetary usage of paper and printing cost are tabulated and presented in bi-weekly Group Meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Philanthropy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We practise giving back to society a portion of our profits by donating in monetary terms, products and services to social causes and nonprofits. We hope that our plentiful resources can benefit charities and local community programs. We focus on contributing to religious communities as well as helping the less fortunate and younger generation in hope for a better future for them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ethical labour practices<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We demonstrate CSR by treating our employees fairly and ethically.<\/span>\u00a0All employees are paid at least the Malaysia minimum wage in accordance with the\u00a0<\/span>National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011[Act 732], Minimum Wages Order 2020 and Sections 2, 18, 19,20,21,22 & 24 of the Employment Act 1955 (Act 265);; Regulation 9 of the Employment Regulations 1957.<\/span><\/p>\n

Volunteering<\/strong><\/h3>\n
