Admin, Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager

Location : Kota Kinabalu

Job description

  1. Responsible to lead the Administration Dept in all aspects of office administration matters such as repair and maintenance, office compound maintenance, company vehicles' management, security for office compound, management of parking at office compound, rental of office and staff accommodation, fuel card management and others.
  2. Responsible to lead the Governance, Risk and Compliance for the whole Company from design, planning, implementing, monitoring, communication, reviewing and improvement. To provide bi-monthly reports to the management for review.
  3. Responsible to lead the Admin Team for the monitoring of GPS system that tracks staff and company vehicles in order to provide bi-monthly reports for non-compliance such as speeding and others.
  4. Responsible to carry capabilities training for Admin Dept's staff as well as managing the same training for Security Guards
  5. Responsible to manage and monitor external surroundings outside office compound and make necessary complaints to the local authority such as DBKK
  6. Responsible to arrange and manage furniture and fittings for HQ office and districts
  7. Other ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by immediate supervisor or management

Vocational Trainer

Location : Kota Kinabalu

Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible, manage and running the Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN) under the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) for the company, which is not limited to;

- application for training quota under the SLDN program

- application for SLDN courses to be run by the Pusat Latihan in the MYSPIKE system

- to prepare training materials, plan class schedules, run classes, follow up with trainees on logbook completion, prepare exam papers and conduct examination at the end of the SLDN Course

2. To assist the Training Manager in the necessary documentation as compliance with MYSPIKE system and JPK.

3. Other adhoc assignments given by Training Manager from time to time.

 

Job Requirements

- Possess certificate SKM2 or SKM3 in the construction or road maintenance field

- Possess other diploma in related field is an added advantage

- Possess own transport is an added advantage

  4. Specialist in road quality, road materials and infrastructure.
